The cuisine at Ayt Iraten is led by Gabriel Nebot, a chef who began his training at the age of 19 and whose career has been shaped by a diverse and constantly evolving journey. After his first steps and experience in various kitchens, his career took a decisive turn when he worked at El Bulli by Ferran Adrià in Seville—an experience that defined his way of understanding gastronomy. Upon returning to Mallorca, Gabriel established himself as a chef while continuing his education, committing to a modern, sensitive cuisine in continuous renewal. At Ayt Iraten, located in the historic centre of Artà, within the Hotel Juz de Yartan, his proposal is based on attentive listening to the guest and a cuisine designed to surprise all five senses. An honest and memorable gastronomic experience, where technique, emotion and product come together.
